I've been disconnected, can I switch?
Yes, if you have been disconnected, or there is no supply to your house at the moment, we’ll arrange for your power to be connected. A reconnection fee will be charged (see our Schedule of fees). If you have been disconnected because you have not paid your current supplier, they may not allow you to switch until you have settled any outstanding bills. If your property has been disconnected for longer than six months, you will need to arrange a certificate of verification (COV) and present it to our engineer when they reconnect your property.
